We offer our housebuilder and developer clients an advisory service which can start as soon as planning permission is received and continues through the development and sales stages to the smooth handover of management.

Company Secretarial Services
In addition to our standard property management services, we also offer company secretarial services covering, online returns and filing, property enquiry packs before sale, Licence to Assign, Deed of Covenants and Licence for Alterations to name but a few.
Contracts and documents can be promptly completed using our digital signing services (with the exception of Deeds) for same day turn around.
Major Works
We can also offer management, procurement and fulfilment of all major work projects using the services of our in-house surveyors.
